Revanth urges EC to book case against KCR for offering Rs 10 crore bribe to Nayini

Hyderabad: TPCC working president A Revanth Reddy today lodged a complaint with Chief TS Electoral Officer Rajath Kumar demanding to file a suo motu case against caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao as caretaker Home Minister Nayini Narsimha Reddy disclosed that KCR had assured him to give Rs 10 crore if he contested from LB Nagar Assembly constituency instead of his home constituency Musheerabad.

Asking from where KCR had got Rs 10 crore to pay to Nayini, Revanth Reddy reminded that the EC allowed the candidates to spend only Rs 28 lakh. He also said he lodged a complaint with the EC on his security. He also said he has no confidence in Director General of Police M Mahender Reddy as the latter took part in the TRS party training camp held at Nagarjuna Sagar. He said caretaker minister G Jagdeesh Reddy, MLC Palla Rajeshwar Reddy and MP Balka Suman warned him of physically liquidating him. He said he has urged the EC to provide him with Central security in view of the threats by TRS leaders. (NSS)
