Hyderabad: The Government today accorded permission to use Rs 30 cr funds for development works to be taken up in villages of Ghanpur and Vardhannapet assembly segments merged in to Greater Warangal Municipal Corporation

In a release Municipal Administration Principal Secretary, Arvind Kumar said that related orders issued to make use of special LRS funds for development works in the villages come under the corporation. The government taken a decision to this extent followed by repeated appeals from peoples representatives for the same. He gave permission to KUDA Vice Chairman to take up Rs 10 cr worth works in Ghanpur segment and Rs 20 cr worth works in Vardhannapet assembly segments. (NSS)
