Russia Does Not Have Budget for Military in War: Ukraine Defense

As per the latest reports, the Chief Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine’s Ministry of Defense said that that the Russian spending plan doesn’t have assets for additional installments to the military for cooperation in the continuous conflict against Kiev.

“After the guaranteed installments to the military of the aggressors’ military, the Russian military has disapproved of subsidizing. It has turned out that the financial plan doesn’t accommodate installment of these expenses. In Crimea, the current financial plan for military units was spent in February after installments were made for “work excursions” to the individuals who participated in the conflict against Ukraine, it said.

“There is no financing for any installments in March.”
The circumstance is comparative with installment of hired soldiers employed by Russia’s private military missions (PMC) to partake in the conflict, the office note.
