Hyderabad: Former MLA of Congress SA Sampath Kumar today condemned IT raids on the houses of TPCC working president Revanth family.
Speaking to the media at Gandhi Bhavan here on Saturday, Sampath said he has information that caretaker Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao had a meeting with the police and Intelligence officials on September 18 and 19 at Pragathi Bhavan and hatched a conspiracy against the Congress leaders. As pre-planned, IT raids were directed on Revanth Reddy’s residences. He also said they came to know that KCR has asked the officials to see that Congress leaders—Komatireddy Venkat Reddy, A Revanth Reddy and Sampath not win elections. He also alleged that KCR hatched conspiracy against these three leaders.
He warned KCR that the Congress activists will not keep quiet if he provoked police officials or any institution. He said the Congress was ready to face anything. and god will not forgive such leaders. (NSS)
