The Education Department today issued orders declaring Sankranthi holidays to all educational institutes, except Medical colleges, from January 8 to 16.
This follows the decision taken by Chief Minister KCR.
Originally, the holidays were to start from January 11, but in view of the increase in Omicron cases, the Chief Minister has decided to advance the holidays.

This order applies to all Government, private, and aided institutions in the state, except Medical colleges. January 8 to 16.
