The Supreme Court on Friday agreed to hear a plea by the Haryana government testing the Punjab and Haryana High Court request, which coordinated a stay on the express government’s regulation to give 75% reservation to youth having a place with the state in the private area.
Advocate General Tushar Mehta referenced the matter before a bench headed by Chief Justice N.V. Ramana and looked for an early hearing.
Mehta presented that the legal establishment of the assembly was under challenge under the steady gaze of the top court and in the wake of hearing the matter for 90 seconds, the court remained the law.
