In a statement, the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) said, “Today morning Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at Bathinda from where he was to go to the National Martyrs Memorial at Hussainiwala by helicopter. Because of rain and helpless perceivability, the Prime Minister hung tight for around 20 minutes for the climate to get out.
