With the deadline for traffic challan reductions set for January 10, consumers are concerned that website difficulties would prevent them from taking advantage of the savings. The official Twitter account of the Hyderabad Traffic Police has recommended impacted customers to contact the helpdesk by email, phone, or WhatsApp. The discounts are classified according to the kind of vehicle violation and provide varied percentages of waivers for payments submitted during the given time period.
