Telangana Government Promotes 141 Police Officials to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) in Hyderabad

In Hyderabad, the Telangana government promoted 141 police officials to the level of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), comprising officers with the ranks of Sub-Inspector (SI), Circle Inspector (CI), and Additional Superintendent of Police (SP). The promotions were announced on the final day of Telangana State’s Decennial celebrations.

The officers promoted are from the 1996 and 1998 classes. Anjani Kumar, Telangana’s Director General of Police (DGP), praised the policemen and thanked the state government for the large-scale promotions. He expressed his delight in announcing the promotions on the occasion of Telangana Rashtra Avatarana Dashabdi Utsavalu, the ten-year anniversary of Telangana State establishment, in a tweet.

The promotions celebrate these officers’ devotion and service and mark a major milestone in their careers with the department.
