Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar said with the successful implementation of Palle Pragathi and other development programs in the villages, Telangana stood first in the implementation of Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana in the country with all 10 top villages in the country being from the State. Similarly top 19 out of the 20 villages in the country are from Telangana. He complimented the officials for achieving this feat.
The Chief Secretary presided over the State Level Empowerment Committee meeting and reviewed the progress achieved in the implementation of the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana in the State.
