Tension Rises in Chilkalguda, After Two Groups Clash

Residents of Chilkalguda were tensed, following a clash between two groups in Hyderabad. The two groups argued over a minor matter, tension persisted in Secunderabad’s Chilkalguda neighborhood late on Thursday night. According to reports, the conflict injured two people. Police have responded by setting up a picket in the area and by booking cases.

Syed Azam, a resident of LR Nagar in Chilkalguda, made a police report alleging that his brother-in-law Syed Javeed, of Musheerabad, had come to his home and had started a family-related fight with his sister. In the meantime, Azam’s neighbor Sunil and ten other people arrived at LR Nagar X roads and got into a fight with them, saying that Azam’s family constantly causes trouble in the neighborhood.

Both sides engaged in fighting throughout the disagreement, resulting in the injuries of Mohammed Imran and Ganesh. They were moved to the Gandhi hospital for medical attention.

Chilkalguda police went to the scene, and extra resources were sent. Two distinct cases have been reported to the police, and an investigation is in progress.

A police picket has been placed at LN Nagar in an effort to prevent law and order issues in the neighborhood.

A father and son were killed in a car accident in the Kurnool district.

On Thursday morning, two people were killed on the spot in a road accident near Pyalakurthy village, which is under the jurisdiction of the Kodumur police station. Mohammed Qasim (75) and his son Hussain (36), both of Hyderabad, have been identified as the victims. According to reports, the father and son were driving from Hyderabad to Pathikonda. When they arrived in Pyalakurthy village, the car rear-ended a parked lorry. The father and son died on the spot as a result of the incident.
