Karimnagar: The Virtual Mobile court has been set up in Karimnagar Dist as the junior advocates are facing problems in filing the petitions and receiving the injection orders etc as they have not experienced.
Because of the difficulties faced by the JR Counsels the High Court ordered to set up the Virtual Mobile Court in the premises of Dist Court buildings Complex in the Karim Nagar Dist. The courts have been closed due to the effect of the CoronaVirus however the courts have been admitting the online pleas.
The courts have been hearing of the emergency cases also. However, the junior advocates are facing the problems if filing the pleas. In view, the problems faced by the junior advocates the virtual court has been set up in Karim Nagar.
Senior Lawyer Raghunandan said that laptops, internet facilities are needed to file online petitions. Several Counsels also faced the technical snag however they feel relief after setting up of the Mobile Virtual Court and utilizing the facilities here.
Bhuma Chary Advocate said that the jr advocates are very happy and they can file the petitions easily with the utilization of the services here.
They have also got the opportunity to talk to the Judges and this facility is easy to the argument in the court also. The jr Advocates allowed in the Virtual Court after thermal screening and sanitization.
