Tirumala Temple Plays Move Songs On LED Screen; Officialis Clarify Technical Glitch

As per the latest reports, Devotees at Tirumala temple were in for a shock when a LED screen at the holy place began showing film songs rather than religious ones.

On Friday evening, the LED screen before a shopping complex at Sri Venkateswara Swamy temple unexpectedly began showing Hindi melodies, leaving the Devotees confused as the screen is intended to broadcast just religious exercises. While the songs went on for around 15 minutes, a few devotees even recorded it on their mobile phones and made them viral via virtual entertainment.

Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanam (TTD), which deals with the undertakings of the world’s most extravagant temple, has a telecom wing. Absence of appropriate oversight of the representatives is accepted to have prompted this episode. A comparative episode had happened in the past too, when a LED screen began broadcasting a private channel.

TTD Executive Officer Dharma Reddy explained that Friday’s episode happened because of some specialized error in the set top box. Nonetheless, the representatives acted quickly to correct it, he added.

In the mean time, BJP’s Andhra Pradesh state unit president Somu Veerraju has responded firmly to the occurrence. He scrutinized the association of legislators in the running of the Sri Venkateswara Bhakthi Channel (SVBC) under the TTD. He thought about how film melodies can be played on SVBC as 80% of TTD assets for spread of Hindu dharma are given it.

The BJP pioneer likewise asserted that the aficionados at Tirumala temple are confronting a few difficulties and reminded the TTD that giving all offices to fans is its liability. He said that this is occurring as individuals having no information on ‘dharma’ are in the TTD administering body.

He said that the TTD ought to unveil the subtleties of the way things are spending Rs 3,500 crore for ‘dharma parchar’.
