The Cyberabad police and Hyderabad traffic police have issued traffic restrictions in the city in view of the Inorbit Mall Marathon -2022 and “Gender Equality Run’ which will take place on Sunday.
Traffic restriction in Hyderabad’s IT hub
The traffic heading towards Biodiversity Junction will be diverted onto Nectar Garden, i-Labs junction, ITC Kohinoor side, T-Hub junction, and Skyview building junction towards NCB Junction.
Traffic from Jubilee Hills Road No. 45 to Durgam Cheruvu bridge will be rerouted to Madhapur police station, COD junction, and Cyber Towers.

Vehicles travelling from ‘C’ Gate to Jubilee Hills No. 45 through Cable Bridge will be rerouted towards Inorbit Mall, COD Junction, and Kavuri Hills, according to officials. Similarly, traffic from Meenakshi junction to Inorbit Mall will be routed directly to IKEA Rotary, while the IKEA flyover will be closed.
Heavy trucks will not be permitted in the Madhapur region between 5 a.m. and 11 a.m. on Sunday. 3
Traffic curbs in the city due to ‘Gender Equality Run’
Similarly, The Hyderabad Traffic Police have imposed traffic restrictions in the city in view of the 2K and 5K runs organised by the Hyderabad She Team from People’s Plaza on Sunday. The limits will be in place from 5 a.m. until 8 a.m.
Traffic from the VV Statue to the Khairatabad flyover and Necklace Rotary will be redirected to Shadan and Nirankari Bhavan, while traffic from the Ambedkar Statue will be diverted to Iqbal Minar. Vehicles travelling from Iqbal Minar to the Upper Tank Bund will be rerouted on the Telugu Talli flyover at the Secretariat Old Gate, and traffic travelling from Liberty to the Upper Tank Bund will be rerouted towards Iqbal Minar and on to Telugu Talli flyover.

Vehicles travelling from Karbala to Ambedkar Statue through Tank Bund will be rerouted to DBR Mills – Lower Tank Bund and traffic travelling from Nallagutta to Sanjeevaiah Park will be rerouted to Ranigunj X roads. The traffic towards Children’s Park will not be allowed at DBR Mills.
