Traffic woes in Hitech city IT corridor discussed

Hyderabad : A co-ordination meeting to review traffic situation in IT corridor areas of Cyberabad was held today at Cyberabad Police Commissionerate in the presence of Traffic police, GHMC, HRDCL, HMWSSB and TSIIC officials.

Traffic issues were discussed and a plan of action was decided to resolve them. They are: Water logging near Mindspace entrance; Shilparamam; Nector Garden; Hitech city ROB; Improvement of IIIT junction; Road widening between Khajaguda and bio-diversity junctions; Shifting of FOB landing in front of Divyasree Road development works at Cyber Towers flyover; Landing in front of N Convention entry as it has become a bottleneck; Road development works near Ankura hospital at the Hitech city; MMTS ROB landing as it has become a traffic bottleneck point; Development of road via hitech city MMTS – RUB – Indu fortune – Rainbow vistas – Kaithlapur road; Expediting the new RUB construction connecting hitech city and Kukatpalli;

4 arm foot over bridge at JNTU; Legal action against the restaurants without parking area and creating traffic obstruction.
All the issues were discussed in detail and the officials concerned were directed to prepare plan of action and execute works at the earliest for improving traffic flow in the area giving relief to lakhs of public using the roads.

The participants in the meeting were: GHMC Commissioner Dana Kishore, IAS; Cyberabad CP VC Sajjanar, IPS., GHMC Serilingampally Zonal Commissioner Hari chandana, DCP Traffic SM Vijay kumar, IPS., DCP Madhapur Venkateshwara Rao, Adcp Traffic Praveen Kumar, Adcp Traffic 2 Amarkanth Reddy, Madhapur ACP L&;O Shyam Prasad Rao, GHMC, HRDCL, HMWSSB and TSIIC officials participated.
