Hyderabad : TPCC working president Ponnam Prabhakar on Wednesday alleged that a dupe fight was being enacted between the ruling TRS party and the Opposition BJP in the State.
Addressing mediapersons at Gandhi Bhavan here today, Ponnam said TRS working president K Tarakarama Rao was speaking in an arrogant manner and added that the leaders who live in Banjara Hills would not have the knowledge about the problems faced by the farmers in the district. He also alleged that the ruling party leaders were increasing the cost of irrigation projects in order to pocket commissions.
Ponnam asked TRS leaders Harish Rao and Vinod Kumar as to why they were not responding to the issue of the construction of Tummidihatti reservoir when they were responsible for taking up the project. (NSS)
