Hyderabad: TRS MLA Balka Suman today flayed the Congress and the BJP for making political comments on the Intermediate results row.
Talking to mediapersons here today, Suman said the results related issues were being sorted out by the government. He charged Congress leader Revanth Reddy with making deliberate attempts to malign the image of the State government. “Revanth Reddy was acting like a political terrorist and sadist”, he fumed. He also warned Revanth Reddy of dire consequences if he failed to stop his mud-slinging. “Revanth should take back his defamatory words against the government in 24 hours or he will face serious action”, he warned. The Congress or other leaders cannot make false statements on Inter results row, he said.
As per norms of the government, Globarena got tenders for Rs 4.35 crore for three years. However, it was related to Board of Intermediate Education only and not concerned with the IT department headed by KTR earlier, Suman said, adding that the Opposition leaders’ remarks are aimed at maligning the image of the government by alleging Rs 100 crore irregularities and swindling of thousands of crores of rupees.
The Opposition was talking without any responsibility on the sensitive issue and spreading rumors and confusion, he added. Suman also said Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao has ordered free revaluation and recounting of marks and urged the students not to take hasty decision to end lives. The KCR government will set right the things and take action against erring officials. (NSS)
