Hyderabad: Two persons died on the spot after the bike they were riding on was knocked down by a truck on P.V. Express highway, in Langer house police station limits this morning.
The victims who were on the bike died on the spot while the lorry driver was absconding. The accident occurred at Mogal Ka Nala pillar number 102, near the Outer Ring Road (ORR). The victims were identified as Deepika Nikam and Syed Shabaz Ahmed, both ICICI bank employees. The duo fell down on the road with grievous bleeding injuries and died on the spot.
Police registered a case and took up investigation.(NSS)
