The Telangana has created new gram Panchayats for administrative convenience. the Minister For Panchayatraj Errabelli Dayakar Rao has said.
Speaking after laying the foundation stone for the Panchayat building at Venkateswarapalli village near Rayaparthi, along with District collector Gopi, he said the State is in the forefront in the development of rural areas. The Chief Minister KCR is allocating special development funds for gram Panchayats and he is striving for the development of all sectors and all communities.
Errabelli said giving prominence for agriculture, the government is providing irrigation water, free power and also ensuring remunerative prices for farm produce and the credit for this went to KCR.
The Minister directed the officials to develop green belt around the Vaikunta shaman in the village.
