TSCPCR issues notice to CSE over conducting online classes

Hyderabad: The Telangana State Commission for Protection of Child Rights (TSCPCR) has issued to notice to the Commissioner of School Education (CSE)regarding the news published in Telugu daily with caption “Badi Tegimpu” published today.

TSCPCR  is a statutory body constituted by the Act of Parliament, under the Commission for Protection of Child Rights (CPCR) Act,2005.

TSCPCR, Chairperson J.Srinivas Rao has issued the notice to the Commissioner of School Education regarding the private schools are conducting online classes and collecting fees in different forms, in spite of the Government instructions vide G.O.Rt.No.46 School Education (Gen.I) Dept.,dt.21.04.2020.

The Commission has taken up the case as suo motu and directs the Commissioner of School Education, TS, Hyderabad to enquire into the matter and submit the action taken report by  July 6
