TSRTC EDs asked to find quick solutions to demands of employees

Hyderabad: Principal Secretary, TR&B Department & Incharge Managing Director Sunil Sharma held a meeting with all Executive Directors, Heads of Departments and recognized union leaders in a very cordial and healthy atmosphere. It was the first preliminary meeting which will be followed by regular meetings to sort out all issues and demands pertaining to TSRTC.

As per the orders of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhara Rao, Sunil Sharma advised quick solutions to all problems. He also advised the Executive Directors to hold a meeting tomorrow with recognized unions and take quick decisions within their control regarding financial and non-financial issues. He also signed the file pertaining to formation of expert committee. He said that officers, supervisors and employees should work together to get TSRTC back on profit track.

All the suggestions of unions will also be taken into cognizance. “We should work as a family for the improvement of the Corporation”, he added. Regarding financial position of the corporation, he asked the officials to prepare a time-bound action plan as how to increase revenues and cut down unnecessary expenditure and also to lay emphasis on the welfare of employees.
The meeting was attended by Executive Directors M.V.Rao, N. Siva Kumar, M. Ravinder, A. Purushotham, P. Komuraiah, Swarna Sankaran and Heads of Departments T.V.Rao, Munisekhar, Ravinder, V. Venkateshwarlu, P. Ajoy Kumar, Mary Sunethri and the Union leaders. (NSS)
