Hyderabad : Two more children were run over by a private school bus and a water tanker in the capital city due to the criminal negligence of bus drivers.
On Saturday, a Class II student Varun Kumar was crushed to death under the wheels of Sivashaktisai school bus in Enkepally village under Moinabad mandal of Ranga Reddy district. After school hours, the school bus driver leaves the students at their respective houses. In this process, the driver tried to reverse the bus without seeing the victim standing behind the bus and hit him killing him on the spot. The irate villagers caught the bus driver and handed him over to the police.
It may be mentioned here that on Friday, one child was run over by a water tanker in the Abids area due to the rash and negligent driving. (NSS)
