US Police Officer Responding To Capitol Riots Dies By Suicide; Tally Reaches 4

In the latest update, the fourth US police officer who responded to the January 6 Capitol riots died by suicide.

Washington Metropolitan Police Department Confirms Suicide

As per the latest reports, fourth US cop who reacted to the January 6 Capitol riots arranged by fanatic allies of previous President Donald Trump, has ended it all, Washington D.C’s. Metropolitan Police Department affirmed.

In an articulation given on Monday, the Department’s representative Kristen Metzger said that Gunther Hashida, appointed to the Emergency Response Team inside the Special Operations Division, was discovered dead in his home on July 29.

Metropolitan Police Officer Kyle DeFreytag was discovered dead on July 10, as per division public data official Sean Hickman. Hashida had joined the Metropolitan Police Department in 2003 and DeFreytag had been with the office since November 2016.

Metropolitan Police official Jeffrey Smith and Capitol Police official Howard Liebengood, both having reacted to the uproar, kicked the bucket by self destruction recently. Prior to the four suicides, Capitol Police official Brian Sicknick endured strokes and passed on of normal causes a day subsequent to reacting to the assault.

Crowdfunding Page Setup For Memorial Service of Hashida

A crowdfunding page set up Sunday to pay for a memorial service for Hashida, and to help his family, as of Monday night had raised more than $68,000 from in excess of 1,500 benefactors.

The GoFundMe page, which has a $250,000 gift target, said Hashida “leaves behind a caring spouse, sister, 3 kids, and a magnificent family.”

An online tribute for deFreytag said he “preferred climbing, setting up camp, riding his bike, he loved voyaging and playing the drums, he appreciated difficult diverse ethnic food sources and consistently realized the best places to eat.”

“Kyle was benevolent, he had a speedy mind and an extraordinary comical inclination and kept us chuckling for a very long time,” the eulogy said.
