Dubbaka: Vijayashanti expresses doubts over vote counting

Hyderabad: TPCC publicity committee chairperson and actor Vijayashanti today expressed doubts over the counting of votes after the by-elections in Dubbaka Assembly constituency. Referring to the statement of state Finance Minister T. Harish Rao that rival congress and BJP candidates wouldn’t get deposit in the by-elections, she said that the statement of the state minister was causing doubts in the minds of the people of the state.

Vijayashanti responded on the statement of Harish Rao on her social media platform. She said that the ruling TRS party had gone to the extent of deciding the results of the elections in advance. She said that the voters of the constituency had already got a clarity about the autocratic attitude of the state government. She doubted that the votes would be counted at the farm house of CM KCR after the elections.

In her Facebook post, she also expressed her surprise over the tense attitude of the minister Harish.

She said that the discussions were already rife that there could be an impact on the minister post of Harish   if the congress and BJP got more votes than the last elections. Vijayashanti said that the local people  were discussing that the amount of money being spent for winning in the Dubbaka seat by the ruling party was more than the funds allocated by the state government to Medak district for the prevention of Covid 19 virus.
