Hyderabad: AICC secretary SA Sampath Kumar on Thursday alleged that votes cast in favour of his party were not being recorded in EVM machines in Nagarkurnool constituency. He also alleged that out of 10 votes cast in favour of “Hand” symbol in mock-polling at Shanagalapally village under Itikyala mandal, only five were recorded.
Speaking to mediapersons along with party candidate Mallu Ravi here today, Sampath alleged that the votes being cast in favor of the TRS party’s “Car” symbol were being recorded properly. He urged the party’s election agent to be on high alert over the issue. The two leaders performed puja at Jogulamba-Gadwal temple before launching polling station visit drive. (NSS)
