Hyderabad : Welfare Minister K Eshwar today said that he will discharge duties as per the directive of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. ‘I extend thanks to the chief minister for giving me the welfare portfolio which is my favourite’, the minister said.
Eshwar said that he will serve his best for the welfare of the people. KCR has prepared several plans for the welfare of the state and I will study the things in detail, the minister said. He also said that he will make efforts to ensure that the poor get benefit of the schemes. Telangana is number one state in the country in welfare sector, he claimed. Welfare is key for the development of the state and the government will work on that line, he added.(NSS)
