Yashwant Sinha scheduled to visit Hyderabad on July 2

On July 2, Presidential candidate Yashwant Sinha will visit Hyderabad as part of his campaign for the presidential election. Having kicked off his campaign in Kerala on Wednesday, he plans to visit Tamil Nadu on Thursday and Chhattisgarh on July 1.

It is expected that Yashwant Sinha will arrive at Begumpet airport at about 11 am, while Prime Minister Narendra Modi is also expected to arrive a few hours earlier. In the presidential election, the TRS has already announced its support for Sinha.

A major TRS rally is planned to take Yashwant Sinha to Jala Vihar on Necklace Road for a meeting, according to sources. It is expected that TRS president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao will introduce the presidential candidate to party MPs, MLAs, and MLCs. Yashwant Sinha will also be invited to a lunch hosted by the party.

The TRS working president and minister KT Rama Rao invited Yashwant Sinha to Hyderabad to meet the TRS MPs and legislators who accompanied him to file nominations in New Delhi.

Having extended its support to Yashwant Sinha’s candidacy, the TRS also promised to reach out to all like-minded political forces to support him.

Among the political parties in Telangana, Yashwant Sinha will meet with members of the TRS and legislators of Congress. On Wednesday, he met with representatives of the LDF and UDF in Kerala to seek their support and votes for him.

Congress and AIMIM have both shown their support for Yashwant Sinha. In a tweet, AIMIM president Asaduddin Owaisi said that Yashwant Sinha had spoken to him on the phone earlier.

In the beginning, the TRS, Congress, and AIMIM party MLAs, MLCs, and MPs were going to meet at the Jal Vihar venue, but the TRS does not want it, since it would cause speculation and criticism, especially from the BJP.
