Hyderabad: Education Minister, Sabitha Indra Reddy today attributed her high level of position to former Chief Minister late YS Rajasekhar Reddy.
Reacting on the book “Naalo, Naatho YSR,” written by YS Vijayamma on YSR, Sabitha Indra Reddy said that she is always thankful to him.
YSR treated me like his own sister and he gave me ministerial post, she reportedly said. I am glad of getting a page in the book and YSR has been generous to all of us and helped many Sabitha recalled.
Sabitha said that she is really in a good position due to support by YSR. Vijayamma narrated her 37 years of relationship with YSR, his rule for people, and helping others, she said. While extending a helping hand to those who come to him, YSR gave people-friendly rules and left his print of rule.
She heaped praise on the former Chief Minister for welfare schemes for the poor. YSR gave ideal rule and people have lost a great leader, Sabitha Indra Reddy noted.
