3 People Get Employed on LinkedIn Every Minute, Says Satya Nadella

New Delhi: As per Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella, The worldwide professional networking platform LinkedIn, which has in over 722 million users, guarantees that three people get employed every minute and new features which make it simpler for almost 40 million job searchers to show that they’re searching for their next opportunity.

More experts are going to LinkedIn Learning to expand their knowledge capital, viewing more than 1 million hours of content every week – more than twice the amount a year back.

Satya Nadella said during the company’s fiscal Q1 earnings call on Tuesday: “In marketing solutions, advertiser demand on LinkedIn reverted to near pre-COVID-19 levels, up 40 per cent year-over-year, as marketers utilize our tools to connect with professionals ready to do business.”

“Organisations proceed to tap into the combination of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Dynamics 365 to assure salespeople have the context they need to sell remotely,” he said, including that the company witnessed record levels of engagement again this quarter.

Nadella included, “We launched our most significant redesign, with a streamlined search and messaging experience, as well as new means of connecting and sharing with Stories.”

Microsoft-acquired  LinkedIn, in the previous month, went for a pristine look and feel in almost five years, powering its community with Snapchat-like Stories, video integration with Zoom, BlueJeans, and Teams, modifying Search feature and then some.

Recently, LinkedIn implemented the ‘Stories’ feature in India which permits individuals to share photographs and recordings as long as 20 seconds in length that will be visible on their profiles for 24 hours prior to disappearing.

The platform additionally presented a new, smoothed search experience, which will present a mixed search results page with defined suggestions composed by people, organizations, schools, content, and online functions.
