94 years old defeat Coronavirus in Hyderabad

Hyderabad: With 1831 new cases in Telangana state on Tuesday, the COVID-19 tally crossed 27000 while the death toll surpassed 300 marks with daily jump of 2000 cases in Telangana state a piece of good news came to light the oldest COVID 19 patient P. Vijayalaxmi age 94 years has been discharged from Gandhi hospital.

Vijayalaxmi age 94 years old has been discharged from Gandhi Hospital on 6th July. P. Vijayalaxmi is the oldest COVID-19 patient of Telangana State.

Vijayalaxmi was admitted to the hospital on 17 June as she was showing mild symptoms of COVID-19. Dr. Khizer Hussain Junaidy of Gandhi hospital said “she was admitted to the COVID ward of Gandhi Hospital with mild symptoms. Despite her age, she recovered In few days. She was kept under observation and was discharged on Monday.

As we look back, on April 29th in Telangana State a 45 days old baby resident of Mahabubnagar was successfully cured and was discharged from Gandhi Hospital. The baby boy was admitted when he was 20 days old, making him India’s youngest patient to survive the COVID virus. The baby boy got the virus from his father but managed to recover in 25 days.

The baby boy of Mahabubnagar is probably the youngest COVID survivor of India.
