Al-Quds Day: Indo-Arab League Expresses Solidarity with Palestinians

Indo-Arab League Chairman Syed Vicaruddin today expressed solidarity with Palestinians in their struggle against Israeli occupation.

Observing the ‘International Al-Quds Day,’ Vicaruddin hailed Palestinians who march for freedom on the streets of Gaza and those who resist the occupation of Jerusalem.

“I hail all; from little children who march on the streets of Gaza for freedom and honor, to brave men and women who resist the occupation of Jerusalem, and stand against the racist and inhumane isolation of Palestinians,” Vicaruddin said.

“We hear your voice, hundreds of millions of peace-loving people are with you,” he said.

Condemning the ongoing Israeli settlement activities in the Palestine region, Vicaruddin said that the illegal occupation significantly damage prospects for a future, and contiguous the Palestinian State.

Vicaruddin urged the International Community to draw the attention of the world to the violations of Zionist and desecration of Islam’s third holiest mosque Al Aqsa, as well as Israeli’s continued occupation of Palestine and repression of the Palestinian people.

Every year, Indo-Arab League organizes conferences, seminars to mark Al-Quds Day. This year Al-Quds Day is observed virtually due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Indo-Arab League Chairman Syed Vicaruddin will also be addressing the ‘International Al-Quds Day’ online conference to be organized by Dr. Ali Chegeni, who is the Ambassador of the Embassy of Iran in India at New Delhi.
