Hyderabad: City Police Commissioner Anjani Kumar, IPS, issued P.D. orders against Chintamalla Praneeth Chowdhary alias Manya, 25, a robber under Bhavaninagar Police Station limits on April 4.
Police said the accused a native of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, temporarily resided at Mohan Lodge, Kachiguda, committed robberies along with his associates in an organized manner in the limits of Rachakonda Police Commissionerate to make easy money and lead a lavish life. He had committed 11 offences in the recent past under Rachakonda Police Commissionerate and he has been creating large scale fear and panic among the general public, thereby adversely affecting the public order, apart from disturbing the peace, tranquility and social harmony in the society.
Bhavaninagar police nabbed the accused and his associates on January 9 and recovered robbed gold chains and remanded to judicial custody. The Preventive Detention Order was executed on him on April 5 and was lodged in Central Prison, Chanchalguda. (NSS)
