Asaduddin Owaisi urges muslims to observe Ramzan fasting at their homes

Hyderabad: Hyderabad MP and All India Majlis-e-Ittehad-ul-Muslimeen (AIMIM) party president Asaduddin Owaisi today urged the Muslims of the state and the country to offer their holy Ramzan fastings and prayers are their homes by keeping in view of the ongoing lockdown.

He told the Muslims that there would be curfew in the entire state from evening 7 pm to morning 6 am and added that nobody would be allowed to move on roads during night times in the state. Speaking to media persons in the city, owaisi also urged the Muslims to avoid congregational Prayers at their homes. He urged the Muslims to do a lot charity throughout the holy month of ramzan to ensure that no poor person has slept with hungry stomach. He urged the union government to take steps to send all migrant workers to their native places after the withdrawal of the lockdown in the country.

 He also urged the center to allow some economic activities after the withdrawal of the lockdown. Owaisi urged the center to continue its restrictions on cinema halls and public meetings. Targeting PM Narendra Modi he alleged that the lockdown imposed by the PM without any planning had Devastated the lives of poor people and migrant workers of the country. He also alleged that the center has failed in coming to the rescue of the migrant workers. Claiming that 10 crore people would lose their jobs due to lockdown, he demanded the PM to prepare an action plan to ensure that nobody lost the jobs.

Referring to a survey report, owaisi said that 90 percent of the migrant workers  neither received ration nor received their salaries. He demanded the central government to supply the rice stores in FCI to the poor and the needy of the country.
