ASCI Releases Guidelines For Virtual Digital Assets Advertisements

With a bid on unsafe crypto promotions in India, the Advertising Standards Council Of India (ASCI) on Wednesday gave rules for all virtual advanced resources (VDA)- related notices, which will be pertinent on or after April 1.

Advertisements Should Have Clear Disclaimer

All crypto/NFT advertisements should convey the accompanying disclaimer, “Crypto items and NFTs are unregulated and can be exceptionally unsafe. There might be no administrative plan of action for any misfortune from such exchanges.”
