Hyderabad: State BJP president Dr K. Laxman today said they would end the family rule of Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao.
Speaking at Meet-the-Press program here, Laxman reminded that the people of the State had voted for the TRS party as they believed the promises made by the CM. He said 90 percent of the population of the State did not have any role in the governance of the State and there was no scope to talk about social justice. He said the BJP has given tickets to leaders from all communities in the State. He also said they would put their party manifesto before the people. He claimed that the manifesto was not meant for the elections, but a vision for the 20 year development of the State.
Commenting on the allegations of the main Opposition Congress that the BJP had entered into a tacit and secret understanding with ruling TRS, Laxman termed it as a mind game of the Congress party. He made it clear that they did not have any need to enter into the secret understanding with the TRS in the State. (NSS)
