Hyderabad: K Laxman Telangana BJP President aid that the party will celebrate in a grand manner the Hyderabad Liberation Day on Monday by hoisting the National flag across the state.
Laxman also said that the main programme will be held at Huzurnagar, the Constituency of Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) President Capt N Uttam Kumar Reddy where Union Minister of State of Home Affairs Hansraj Gangaram will participate.
While criticising the then rulers of Congress, Telugu Desam Party (TDP) and ruling Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) for not celebrating Liberation Day as an official programme out of fear from All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul-Muslimeen (AIMIM), Dr Laxman assured that if the BJP came back to power, the Liberation Day (September 17) would be celebrated as an official programme.
