BRS Candidate Sushma Vishnu Mule Elected Unopposed as Sarpanch in Maharashtra’s Savkheda Gram Panchayat

Sushma Vishnu Mule, a Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) candidate, has been chosen as the sarpanch of Savkheda gram panchayat in Jalgaon district, Maharashtra. This is the BRS’s first win in the state.

Sushma Vishnu Mule was elected unopposed by all ward members, demonstrating the BRS’s strong presence in Gangapur Khultabad Assembly constituency.

According to Manik Kadam, president of the BRS Maharashtra Kisan Cell, the party’s victory in the rural local body election was due to the efforts of party President and Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao, former MLA Anna Saheb Mane Patil, youth leader Santosh Annasaheb Mane, and BRS local leaders and activists. He further emphasised that the unanimous election of the BRS candidate demonstrates the party’s growing public support in Maharashtra.
