In a terrible occurrence, the husband of a councillor connected with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) was fatally attacked and murdered in Korutla town, which is located in Telangana’s Jagtial district. On Tuesday, the incident occurred in broad daylight.
P. Lakshmirajam, 48, was standing in front of a wayside hotel when he was attacked by two unidentified assailants armed with knives. He suffered significant injuries in the incident and was transported to a hospital in Karimnagar for treatment. Unfortunately, despite medical attempts, he died from his injuries during treatment.
