Hyderabad : The campaign for Council elections in two Telugu states has come to an end on Wednesday. Elections for graduate MLC and Teacher MLC have been scheduled for March 22. The elections are to be held for Graduates and Teacher MLC in Adilabad-Nizamabad-Karimnagar- Medak segments and for Teacher MLC for Warangal-Khammam- Nalgonda segments.
Similarly graduate MLC polls are to be held for two Godavari segment, Krishna and Guntur segments and for teacher MLC for North Andhra segment. The poll campaign has ended two days before the polls for upper house in Telanana and Andhra Pradesh states. The polls to commence on March 22 at 8 am and end by 4 pm and voters will cast votes order wise on priority basis. The EC has announced holiday for the segments going for polls on March 22. (NSS)
