Hyderabad: One person sustained serious burns when the car in which he was traveling caught fire after the vehicle rammed into a container lorry on Outer Ring Road (ORR) under Rajenderanagar Police Station limits in Ranga Reddy district on Saturday.
Police said, the incident occurred when the Asian Paint tins-laden lorry was proceeding towards Shamshabad side from Gachibowli. Due to impact of collision, the car got stuck into the container vehicle, which dragged it for a few furlongs and the car was in flames. However, the passersby broke open the car door and rescued him. While the car was totally burnt, the container lorry was partially burnt. (NSS)
