New Delhi: The Central Election Commission has decided to conduct Assembly elections in Telangana State along with four other States — Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chattisgarh and Mizoram.
The CEC also stated it will visit Telangana State within 10 days and later it will do final excise on the election dates. The Central Election Commission expressed its satisfaction over the arrangements being made for conducting elections in Telangana State. It is learnt that the election schedule will be released in the second week of October for five States. (NSS)
