Hyderabad: Former union minister Bandaru Dattatreya on Sunday alleged that China was trying to destabilize the country with the help of Pakistan and added that the recent terror attack at Pulwama was an example of the same. He made these remarks while addressing a meeting held at Indira park to pay rich tributes to the souls of the martyred soldiers in the city.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that China wanted to take the old revenge with the help of Pakistan. He said that it was unfortunate that both China and Pakistan were trying to encourage terrorism on the Indian soli. Noting that the acts of terrorism are not related to Islam, he made it clear that the great religion of Islam was a peace loving religion.
Another BJP Leader G. Kishan Reddy alleged that Pakistan had become a hub for terrorist activities and noted that the neighbouring country was carved out on the basis of religion. He said that there was no employment for the local youth in Pakistan and added that it had not learnt any lessons despite losing several times at the hands of India in the past.
MLC of the party N. Ramchander Rao said that there was a need on the part of the people of the country to extend complete support to the Indian army while noting it would help the army to take action against the enemy country.(NSS)
