Citizens left amazed by drone show put on by Cyberabad Police

On Sunday night, Cyberabad police put on a spectacular drone show with 500 drones at Durgam Cheruvu in Hitec City’s IT cluster.

The police department organized a drone show to commemorate the decennial celebrations of the formation of the Telangana state

The dark skies over the lake were illuminated in multiple hues to depict the flagship projects of the state government and the police department, providing hundreds of onlookers with a visual treat.

Drones were used to create images of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, the recently inaugurated statue of B.R. Ambedkar and the Telangana Martyrs’ Memorial coming up in the city.

The Boatlab Dynamics drones flew in perfect sync thanks to a pre-programmed algorithm. Minister for Information Technology K.T. Rama Rao had nothing but good things to say about the police department. “Great job and we may need to do this more often now,” the minister wrote on Twitter.

The drone display took place on the occasion of ‘Surksha Diwas,’ which was part of the 21-day decennial celebrations.

The police department held rallies across the state, displaying patrol vehicles, fire trucks, and other equipment, as well as highlighting various initiatives taken to maintain law and order through friendly policing.

Home Minister Mohammed Mehmood Ali, who launched a rally on Tank Bund in the heart of Hyderabad, claimed that Telangana Police has surpassed all other police forces in the country in terms of performance.
