CM Jagan files counter in CBI court

The Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh State YS Jaganmohan Reddy has filed his counter in a special CBI court from the city.

The counter was filed by his advocates in response to a petition filed by the dissident MP of the ruling YSRCP K. Raghuram Krishna Raju from Narsapuram seat urging the special court to cancel the bail of the CM granted by the CBI court.

In his counter, Jagan told the court that he did not violate any of the conditions mentioned in his bail orders. He also told the court that the petition filed by Raju did not have any merit to entertain it.

On the other hand, the CBI also filed a memo in the case. It urged the court to take a  decision in Raghurama Krishna Raju’s petition as per law by using its discretionary powers. The court later adjourned the case till 14th of this month.
