Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh YS Jaganmohan Reddy today launched YSR EBC Nestham scheme at his camp office in Tadepally.
Speaking on the occasion, he said that he was happy to launch yet another noble welfare program in the state and added that they were going ahead by drawing inspiration from the constitution of the country. He said that the scheme would benefit the poor women from the forward caste communities of Andhra Pradesh. He said that the upper caste communities also have poor people and added that they had launched the scheme to help such people.
He said that the scheme would benefit the women from Reddy, Kamma, Arya Vysya, Kshatriya, and Velama. Communities added that the scheme was meant for women between the age group of 45 Years to 60 years.

He said that the scheme would help the women for their self-empowerment and self-respect. A total of 392674 female beneficiaries will benefit from the scheme in the entire state. The state government has issued ₹589 crores for the implementation of the scheme.
