Congress Leader Booked for Sedition in Hathras

A case for sedition has been filed against Congress leader Shyoraj Jivan, a Dalit, who was captured on camera attempting to incite neighborhood individuals in Boolgarhi town where a 19-year-old was lethally assaulted by four men in the previous month.

We are in large numbers in the city.”

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has just said that the opposition was “doing caste, religion, and region driven politics to create conflict and unrest in the state.”

Indicating to the Jivan’s video recordings without taking his name, the Chief Minister said that such components who had been attempting to incite hatred by vitiating the environment through their provocative articulations would not be saved.

He stated: “We will expose all of them and take the strictest action under the law of the land against them. We cannot let them play with the law. People, who have been segregating the society on the grounds of caste, religion, and region, are still doing it.”
