In explaining their decision, the newly-affiliated officials cited the state’s development projects and welfare packages introduced by the K. Chandrashekar Rao-led administration as important factors motivating them to join the BRS.

During the ceremony, Minister Dayakar Rao informed the newcomers that they would be properly recognized inside the party and given the opportunity to contribute to the welfare of the state’s people. MPTC Zakir reaffirmed his commitment to bolstering both the party and the state by actively participating in government-sponsored welfare initiatives.
