Congress Leaders Visit to Thummidihatti Project

Hyderabad: The congress party’s visit of tummidihatti project on Monday turned out to be a grand success. Thousands of people and the party workers have turned up for the meeting. The top leaders of the party led by TPCC N. Uttam Kumar Reddy took part in the meeting. CLP Leader Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, Party MPs A. Revanth Reddy, Komatireddy Venkat Reddy,  Ponnala Laxmaiah, Jeevan reddy, V. Hanumantha rao, K. Jana Reddy, Ponnam Prabhakar Shabbir Ali, Kusuma Kumar and Ch. Vamshichand Reddy and Sudarshan reddy left for the venue through a train at Secunderaad. Convoy of hundreds of vehicles of the party leaders and workers have reached the spot from Kagaznagar.

The presence of the top leadership of the party has boosted the confidence of the party workers. The women leaders of the party have performed poojas at the Pranahita river. The leaders crisscrossed the river on conventional boats. The leaders, who spoke on the occasion, have explained clearly about the importance of their tour. The leaders have observed the pylon unveiled by the then chief minister of the undivided state YS Rajasekhar Reddy on December 16,2008. They also paid rich tributes at the statue of BR Ambedkar. (NSS)
