In a shocking incident, 500 doses of Covid vaccine Covisheild have gone missing from Kondapur based government hospital.
The shocking incident came to light during an audit of the stocks of the vaccine by the authorities concerned.
The authorities of the hospital have lodged a complaint with police concerned against the nurses and attenders of the hospital in the issue.

On the other hand, the hospital nurses and the attenders, who are facing the charges, have alleged that the superintendent of the hospital Dasarath had falsely indicted them in a criminal case.
They alleged that Dasarath had committed several irregularities in the administration of the vaccine and added that he had filed a false case against them to hide his mistakes.
The additional collector of Ranga Reddy district Prateek Jain said that an inquiry was underway in the issue under his supervision.

The Ranga reddy district collector is also likely to visit the hospital.
