Hyderabad: Election Commission of India today issued a schedule for the Dubbaka Assembly segment bypoll.
As per the schedule, the bypoll for this segment is to be held on November 3.
While the counting of the votes to be done on November 10 the results are to be announced on the same day.
The bypoll necessitated with the demise of TRS sitting MLA Solipeta Ranalinga Reddy due to ill health.
While related notification is to be released on October 9 the last date for nominations to begin on the same day.
The candidate can file their nominations for the Dubbaka bypoll will end on 16.
The Election Committee has said that the scrutiny to get on October 17 and withdrawals of the same day.
The TRS party has already started its poll campaign for the Dubbaka Assembly segment.
Other parties of opposition are to get busy for the same according to information.
With the announcement of the schedule the code of conduct for polls has come into immediate effect.
The political parties including the TRS, Congress, BJP Or any others have to strictly follow the code of conduct.
The opposition parties may complain of a poll code violations by the ruling party to the Election commission if development programs are taken up which are not supposed to.
